How long in advance do I need to place my order?
As much notice as possible is always appreciated, but a 2 week minimum is required in order for you to receive the best product and service!
Do you deliver?
We are only offering deliveries on wedding cakes and corporate orders at the moment.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
A deposit of 50% is due as soon as you would like to confirm the order. The full amount may be paid as well, if this is easier for you. The balance is to paid on the day of pick-up/delivery.
*Your order is not confirmed and nothing will be started until the payment is received. This means if you havent paid yet, and another customer places an order and pays the bill before you, there is a chance that we become fully booked and cannot take your order anymore.

Do you offer wedding tastings?
Yes! Your wedding day is such an important milestone, and we want to make sure that everything is perfect, from the design, to the taste and the service! You can pick up to 3 flavours that you would like to try during the consultation.
With our bellies full of sugar, we discuss the flavour preferences and come up with a fabulous design that is sure to make a statement on your special day!
There is a 40$+tax consultation fee, which is deducted from your order if the price of your cake (before delivery etc.) is over 350.00$.
Do you offer peanut and other allergen-free products?
Yes, we do offer peanut free, gluten-free and eggless products, but this is not a guarantee. We take all the necessary precautions when carrying out an allergen-free order, but our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free environment, therefore, there we cannot guarantee!
